How sessions work

A session is one conversation between a customer and your bot — it opens when they engage and closes on End or after a 30-minute idle. Within a session, the customer can send as many messages as they need.

What happens past my included sessions?

You go into overage at your plan's per-session rate. We won't bill past the monthly ceiling you set in the dashboard — once it's hit, new sessions return a friendly "service paused" message until next billing period.
